  • WHEN DO I NEED A NEW ROOF?

    The following reasons justify looking into options for roof replacement or repair: if you have wet spots on ceiling, in attic, or in crawl space; cracked masonry (brickwork) on your chimney; curled, buckling, missing, or broken shingles; roof rot; or if you have damaged flashing.

  • I NEED A NEW ROOF - WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

    Your two options are to a) replace your roof entirely or b) re-cover your preexisting roof. A complete replacement is usually more demanding and involves a ‘tear off’ of the old roof. A re-cover is less involved and skips the ‘tear off’ step, but some building code requirements don’t allow for multiple re-roofs and sometimes a roof is too badly damaged to be re-roofed.

  • MY ROOF IS LEAKING, DO I NEED TO REPLACE IT?

    Though a leaky roof is a bad thing, you do not necessarily need to automatically replace it. Sometimes a repair will fix the issue, especially if addressed early on. The best option is to consult with a professional who can best advise you on whether to replace or repair your roof.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ROOF LAST?

    Most roofs have a life expectancy of 20-30 years. Metal roofs can last an upwards of 70 years. How long your roof will last depends on material used, installation quality, and local climate.

Don’t: Let cost be your only factor – When it comes to roofing, a job well done is better than a job done for the cheapest price. Oftentimes your home is your most valuable asset and it is important to protect that investment with quality roofing.
